Reiki means universal energy and is a Japanese energy healing method to promote overall well-being and relaxation. During a session, a practitioner puts their hands on or above your body and you may feel heat or tingling coming from their hands.

The predominant form of Reiki practiced worldwide today, also known as Usui reiki, was created by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20th century.

Reiki is a complementary or alternative health approach. It does not directly cure diseases or illnesses. Instead, it’s used to manage and improve general well-being.

Reiki Plus Sound Healing 2hrs (Saturdays Only)

This is a combination of quartz Crystal Bowls along with Tibetan Bowls and tuning forks to give a chakra tune up. Allowing your energy to flow better and raise your vibration which is vital for your health. Each of the 7 main chakras are checked for direction of flow. The sound is applied direction specific for your chakras and then the areas are re-evaluated to achieve the chakra flow aiming for.

Chakra Tune Up with Sound Therapy (Ypsilanti Location,Saturday Only)

Swedish massage is a type of massage therapy that’s primarily known for its relaxation effects. With this technique, a massage therapist targets muscles with a combination of friction, gliding strokes, and kneading. Aromatherapy is applied at no extra cost.

Relaxing Swedish Massage (Tuesdays Only)

Deep tissue massage, mixed with trigger point therapy and stretching for concerning areas. This type of massage is recommended every two weeks until goal is achieved.

Deep Tissue/ Trigger Point Therapy (Tuesdays Only)

Swedish Massage/ Myofascial Release (Tuesdays only)
Myofascial Release slowly moves the tissue to release uniquely for each client. this is a gently applied technique allowing the body to unwind from tissue tension. Then Relaxing Swedish massage is applied to allow the client to let go of stress relieving the muscles from inside out. Great for adhering stuck tissue.

Jan. 18th Saturday Group Sound Bath 2pm-3:30pm

Exploring Tarot Readings through exchanges. A fun Social with hot tea. Hosted by Amy Feger. Bring your own cards or borrow a new tarot deck. Experienced and Inexperienced are welcome. Focus will be on exploring new spreads and getting in some practice time with others as the more experienced help the less experienced. We will add a new bit of information each time. Such as which chakra is assigned to which card and why. What dates are associated with each Tarot Card and are you working with a yes, no or Maybe card. Lets grow and explore as a group. Tables will be preset up with chairs and decks available. Hot tea is available.

Saturday Tarot Social 6pm-8:30pm

Designed to share one Technique in Sound Bowls and then to practice applying on each other and then played in a group circle. We will concentrate on the importance of obtaining a meditative state and applying intention while playing the bowls. This is a two hour group session as an active participant. Seating will be on the floor on provided cushions. This is a 12 class series and can be entered or left anytime during the series and picked up anywhere along the series of shown techniques. All Techniques are of my making BY Amy Feger A meditation will be at the start of each class to clear our energy and then the techniques will be shared. Pay at the door RSVP required.

As a group we uplift each other's abilities as we work in small groups on each other. Max 10 people to the space so please RSVP to save your spot. Located in Ypsilanti with lake views and an office setting on Grove st.. Meeting twice a month to keep the expansion of learning active. This is a time to explore in a safe environment. Only high Vibes here. Must be Reiki certified to participate. Any Level is welcome. we are encouraged to talk quietly among ourselves, we must share openly to help expand others in the group. This is not a silent reiki share environment. Bring a Reiki Table if you have one you like to use (Yet it is not necessary to bring one) 6pm-8pm yet are welcome to stay till 8:30pm pending how we all feel.
